Sec. 301. In addition to the funds authorized to be appropriated under Public Law 93–166, there is hereby authorized to be appropriated during the fiscal year 1974, for use by the Secretary of Defense, or his designee, for military family housing, for operating expenses and maintenance of real properly in support of military family housing, an amount not to exceed $3,866,000.
