financial distress grants Sec. 106. Section 773(a) of the Public Health Service Act is amended (1) by striking out “$10,000,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$15,000,000”, and (2) by striking out “1972” each place it occurs in the last sentence thereof and inserting in lieu thereof “1974”.
