dropout prevention projects Sec. 107. (a) Section 807(c) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 is amended by inserting before the period at the end thereof the following: “, and each of the five succeeding fiscal 88 Stat. 513years, except that no funds are authorized to be appropriated for obligation during any year for which funds are available for obligation for carrying out part C of title IV”. (b) The amendments made by this section shall be effective on and after July 1, 1973.
