separability Sec. 846. If any provision of, or any amendment made by, titles I and IV of this Act is held invalid by reason of being inconsistent with the Constitution, all provisions of this Act and amendments made by this Act which are separable from such invalid provision or amendment shall remain in effect. If any such provision or amendment is held invalid in one or more applications of such provision or amendment, such provision or amendment shall remain in effect in all valid applications which are separable from any such application.
