clearinghouse on adult education Sec. 605. The Adult Education Act is amended by inserting immediately after section 309 thereof the following new section: “clearinghouse on adult education “Sec. 309A. The Commissioner shall establish and operate a clearinghouse on adult education, which shall collect and disseminate to the public information pertaining to the education of adults and adult education programs, together with ways of coordinating adult education programs with manpower and other education programs. The Commissioner is authorized to enter into contracts with public agencies or private organizations to operate the clearinghouse established or designated under this section.”.
