(a) Section 604(b) of the Education of the Handicapped Act is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new sentence; “The Advisory Committee shall continue to exist until July 1, 1977.”. (b) Section 604 of such Act is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new subsection: “(c) There are authorized to be appropriated for the purposes of this section $100,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1974, and for each of the three succeeding fiscal years.”.
