ALTERNATIVE UTILIZATION OF MILITARY FACILITIES.

SEC. 112. ALTERNATIVE UTILIZATION OF MILITARY FACILITIES. (a) Transfer.—Section 561 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 290ff)— (1) is transferred to subpart 1 of part B of title V of such Act; (2) is redesignated as section 513; and (3) is inserted after section 512 (as added by section 111). 106 STAT. 345 (b) Amendments.— (1) Section 513(a) of the Public Health Service Act (as transferred and redesignated under subsection (a)) is amended by striking out “National Institute on Drug Abuse.—The Director of the National Institute on Drug Abuse” and inserting in lieu thereof “Center for Substance Abuse Treatment.—The Director of the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment”. (2) Part E of title V of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 290ff) is amended by striking out the part heading.
