SEC. 120. STRIKING OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS AND TECHNICAL AND CONFORMING AMENDMENTS. (a) In General.—Title V of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 290aa et seq.) as such title existed 1 day prior to the date of enactment of this Act, is amended by striking out sections 509B, 509C, 509E, 509F and 509G (42 U.S.C. 290aa-9, 290aa-10, 290aa-12, 290aa-13, and 290aa-14). (b) Technical and Conforming Amendments.—Title V of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 290aa et seq.) is amended— (1) in the heading for such title, to read as follows: “TITLE V—SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES ADMINISTRATION”; (2) in the heading for part A, to read as follows: “Part A—Organization and General Authorities”; and (3) by striking out section 518.
