Sec. 124. (a) The amendments made by subsections (a), (b), and (d) of section 121 shall apply with respect to any annuity which begins on or after July 1, 1975. (b) The amendment made by subsection (c) of section 121 shall take effect on the first day of the first pay period beginning more than thirty days after the date of enactment of this title. (c) Section 122 shall take effect on the date of enactment of this title.
