Sec. 331. (a) To carry out the purposes of part A of this title there is authorized to be appropriated for each of the fiscal years ending June 30, 1975, 1976, and 1977, the sum of $10.000.000. (b) To carry out the purposes of part B of this title there is authorized to be appropriated the sum of $500,000.
