Sec. 404. Section 11(c) of the Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act is amended— (a) by striking out “Railroad Retirement Act of 1937 and the Railroad Retirement Act of 1935” and inserting in lieu thereof “Railroad Retirement Act of 1974”; and (b) by striking out “such Acts” and inserting in lieu thereof “such Act”.
