Sec. 405. Section 4b of the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended (7 U.S.C. 6b), is amended— (a) By deleting the word “cotton” where it appears in the last full paragraph of such section, and inserting in lieu thereof the words “a commodity”. (b) By striking the period at the end of such section and adding the following: “: And provided further, That such transactions shall be made in accordance with such rules and regulations as the Commission may promulgate regarding the manner of the execution of such transactions.”
