Sec. 407. Section 5a(8) of the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended (7 U.S.C. 7a), is amended— 88 Stat. 1414 (a) By deleting the words “not been disapproved by the Secretary of Agriculture pursuant to paragraph (7) of section 8a” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “been approved by the Commission pursuant to paragraph (12) of section 5a”. (b) By deleting the word “so”, and inserting the words “by the Commission” immediately before the semicolon at the end of such subsection.
