Sec. 201. The limitations on appropriations for development of units of the National Park System contained in the following Acts are amended as follows: (1) Channel Islands National Monument, California: For the purposes of development of the administrative site and visitor facilities authorized by section 401 of this Act, there are authorized to lie appropriated $2,936,000; (2) Cumberland Gap National Historical Park, Kentucky and Tennessee: In addition to any funds heretofore appropriated for said national historical park, there are hereby authorized to be appropriated not more than $160,000 for development; and (3) International Peace Garden, North Dakota: Section 1 of the Act of October 25, 1949 (63 Stat. 888), as amended (68 Stat. 300 and 72 Stat. 985), is amended by changing “$400,000” to “$1,702,000”.
