In order to provide for the construction, operation, and maintenance of facilities to deliver a water supply to the city of Frederick, Oklahoma, from the Mountain Park reclamation project, section 1 of Public Law 90–503 (82 Stat. 853) is amended by deleting “Altus and Snyder, Oklahoma,” and substituting therefor “Altus, Snyder, and Frederick, Oklahoma,”.
