incorporation of page, arizona Sec. 101. It is the purpose of this title to separate that unincorporated area in Coconino County in the State of Arizona, commonly known as the town of Page, Arizona, from the Colorado River storage project in order that the United States may withdraw from the ownership and operation of the town and the people of that area may enjoy self-government, and to facilitate the establishment by the people of a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Arizona by the transfer of certain Federal property described in section 103 of this title.
