Sec. 110. The Congress hereby directs the Secretary of the Interior to facilitate the effectuation of Navajo Tribal Council Resolutions 88 Stat. 1491CD 108–68 and CJN-50–69, subject to the provisions of the Colorado River Basin Project Act (82 Stat. 885).
