Agricultural credit exemption

§ 402. Agricultural credit exemption Section 104 of the Truth in Lending Act (15 U.S.C. 1603) is amended by adding at the end thereof a new paragraph as follows: “(5) Credit transactions primarily for agricultural purposes in which the total amount to be financed exceeds $25,000.”
