Sec. 206. Section 1692(b) of title 38, United States Code, is amended as follows: (1) by striking out “$50” and inserting in lieu thereof “$60”; (2) by striking out “nine months” and inserting in lieu thereof “twelve months”; and (3) by striking out “$450” and inserting in lieu thereof “$720”.
