National Highway Traffic Safety Administration traffic and highway safety Not to exceed $2,000,000 shall be available until June 30, 1974, from amounts heretofore provided for the Traffic Safety Program and Research and Analysis Activities in the appropriation granted under this heading in the Department of Transportation and Related Agencies Appropriation Act, 1973, and the Supplemental Appropriations Act, 1973, to carry out the provisions of the Motor Vehicle Information and Cost Savings Act (Public Law 92–513).
