Soldiers’ and Airmen’s Home

Soldiers’ and Airmen’s Home operation and maintenance For maintenance and operation of the United States Soldiers’ and Airmen’s Home, to be paid from the Soldiers’ and Airmen’s Home permanent fund, $14,505,000: Provided, That this appropriation shall not be available for the payment of hospitalization of members of the Home in United States Army hospitals at rates in excess of those prescribed by the Secretary of the Army upon recommendation of the Board of Commissioners of the Home and the Surgeon General of the Army.
