Departmental Management salaries and expenses For necessary expenses for departmental management and $1,270,000 for the President’s Committee on Employment of the Handicapped, $29,675,000, together with not to exceed $820,000 to be derived from the Employment Security Administration account, Unemployment Trust Fund. special foreign currency program For payments in foreign currencies which the Treasury Department determines to be excess to the normal requirements of the United States, for necessary expenses of the Department of Labor, as authorized by law, $200,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That this appropriation shall be available, in addition to other appropriations to such agency for payments in the foregoing currencies.
