Sec. 506. The Secretary of Defense, or his designee, is authorized to accomplish repairs and improvements to existing public quarters in 88 Stat. 1759 amounts in excess of the $15,000 limitation prescribed in section 610(a) of Public Law 90–110, as amended (81 Stat. 279, 305), as follows: Fort McNair, Washington, District of Columbia, five units, $175,500. Fort Sam Houston, Texas, one hundred and forty units, $2,352,800.
