Sec. 203. No part of any appropriation contained in this Act or any other Act may be used to pay any expenses of any kind to send, ship, transmit, convey, or deliver any of the Presidential documents, written materials, or tape recordings of former President Richard M. Nixon from the custody of Federal officials or agencies now in possession of them until the passage by the Congress of legislation determining the disposition of said documents, written materials, and88 Stat. 1784 tape recordings: Provided, That this limitation shall expire on June 30, 1975: And provided further, That this limitation shall not prevent compliance with subpenas duly issued by State or Federal Courts or by the United States House of Representatives or the United States Senate.
