AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.

SEC. 1365. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this part, there are authorized to be appropriated $2,000,000 for fiscal year 1993 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the 4 succeeding fiscal years.
