Notwithstanding any other provisions of this title, no payment of assistance under this title shall be made to any individual with88 Stat. 1853 respect to any week of unemployment ending after March 31, 1976; and no individual shall be entitled to any compensation with respect to any initial claim for assistance or waiting period credit made after December 31, 1975.
