SEC. 1511. PURPOSE; DESIGNATION. It is the purpose of this part to address the problems created by the simultaneous convergence of broad economic, social, cultural, political, and technological changes in the workplace through a national center administered by the Department of Labor that will join together workplace experts from America’s best institutions of higher education with experts from the public and private sectors to conduct research, share information, and propose remedies.
