VOTING RECORD OF COMMISSIONERS.

SEC. 173. VOTING RECORD OF COMMISSIONERS. Section 332(g) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (31 U.S.C. 1332(g)) is amended— (1) by striking out “and” before “a summary”, and (2) by inserting before the period at the end “, and a list of all votes taken by the commission during the year, showing those commissioners voting in the affirmative and the negative on each vote and those commissioners not voting on each vote and the reasons for not voting”.
