SEC. 1559. SPECIAL PROJECTS FOR 2-YEAR SCHOOLS. Subsection (f) of section 788 of the Public Health Service Act (20 U.S.C. 295g-8(f)) is amended to read as follows: “(f) Authorization of Appropriations.— There are authorized to be appropriated $316,203 for each of the fiscal years 1993, 1994, 1995, and 1996 to carry out subsection (a).”.
