Economic Development Administration job opportunities program For Job Opportunities Program assistance as authorized by title III of the Emergency Jobs and Unemployment Assistance Act of 1974, $125,000,000, to be derived by transfer from fluids appropriated in this Act to the Department of Labor under the heading “Temporary Employment Assistance”, to remain available until December 31, 1975: Provided, That this appropriation shall become available only upon enactment into law of H.R. 16596 or similar legislation by the Ninety-third Congress.
