authorization of appropriations Sec. 309. There are authorized to be appropriated for the purposes of this Act not to exceed $12,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975; and $12,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1976, such sums to remain available until expended.
