Sec. 205. (a) Section 4109 of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking out “the Civil Service Retirement Act” and inserting in lieu thereof “chapter 83 of title 5”. (b) Subsection (b) of section 4112 of such title 38, is amended by striking out “service personnel” in the first sentence immediately after “health” and by inserting in lieu thereof “manpower”.
