curb ramps for the handicapped Sec. 228. Paragraph (1) of subsection (b) of section 402 of title 23, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end thereof the following: “(F) provide adequate and reasonable, access for the safe and convenient movement of physically handicapped persons, including those in wheelchairs, across curbs constructed or replaced on or after July 1, 1976, at all pedestrian crosswalks throughout the State.”
