conforming adjustments

conforming adjustments Sec. 402. All sums authorized in Public Law 93–61 are included within the authorizations contained in this Act for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1974, and the Secretary shall make such adjustments in apportionments made under Public Law 93–61 as may be necessary to conform such apportionments to this Act.
