technical amendments Sec. 152. Title 23. United States Code, is amended as follows: (1) Section 101 (a) is amended by striking out “Secretary of Commerce” and inserting in lieu thereof “Secretary of Transportation”. (2) Section 109(g) is amended by striking out “Ret” and inserting in lieu thereof “Act”. (3) Sections 126(a) and 310 are amended by striking out “Commerce” each place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof “Transportation”. (4) The heading of section 303 is amended to read: “Administration organization.” (5) Sections 308(b), 309, 312, and 314 are amended by striking out “Bureau of Public Roads” each place it appears and inserting in lien thereof “Federal Highway Administration”. (6) Sections 312 and 314 are amended by striking out “Commerce” each place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof “Transportation”.
