Agricultural Cooperative Service For necessary expenses to carry out the Cooperative Marketing Act of July 2, 1926 (7 U.S.C. 451–457), and for activities relating to the marketing aspects of cooperatives, including economic research and analysis and the application of economic research findings, as authorized by the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 (7 U.S.C. 1621–1627), and for activities with institutions or organizations throughout the world concerning the development and operation of agricultural cooperatives (7 U.S.C. 3291), $5,640,000: Provided, That this appropriation shall be available for employment pursuant to the second sentence of section 706(a) of the Organic Act of 1944 (7 U.S.C. 2225), and not to exceed $15,000 shall be available for employment under 5 U.S.C. 3109: Provided further, That, hereafter, funds made available to the Agricultural Cooperative Service shall be available for a field office in Hawaii.
