cumberland gap national historical park Sec. 160. (a) Notwithstanding the definition of parkways in subsection (a) of section 101, funds available for parkways shall be available to finance the cost of reconstruction and relocation of Route 25E through the Cumberland Gap National Historical Park, including construction of a tunnel and the approaches thereto, so as to permit restoration of the Gap and provide adequate traffic capacity. (b) Upon construction, such highway and tunnel and all associated lands and rights-of-way shall be transferred to the National Park Service and managed as part of the Cumberland Gap National Historical Park.
