deficiency authorizations Sec. 203. (a) Public Law 90–408, as amended, is amended under the heading “Inside the United States” in section 201 as follows: (1) With respect to Naval Coastal Systems Laboratory, Panama City, Florida, strike out “$9,397,000” and insert in place thereof $11,321,000”. (2) With respect to Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, California, strike out “$1,847,000” and insert, in place thereof “$2,064,000”. (b) Public Law 90–408, as amended, is amended by striking out in clause (2) of section 802 “$244,059,000” and “$250,924,000” and inserting in place thereof “$246,200,000” and “$253,065,000”, respectively.
