land conveyance, guam Sec. 609. The Secretary of the Navy or his designee is authorized and directed to convey to the Guam Power Authority, an agency of the Government of Guam, without, monetary consideration, but subject to such reservations and terms and conditions as the Secretary of the Navy or his designee should determine to be necessary to protect the interests of the United States, all rights, titles, and interests of the United States, in and to those certain parcels of real property situated at. Cabras Island, territory of Guam, known and identified as lot 257 and lot 261, containing 63.58 acres, more or less.
