National Fire Prevention and Control Administration operations, research, and administration For expenses necessary to carry out the provisions of the Federal Fire Prevention and Control Act of 1974, $8,618,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, that no part of the appropriation shall be available for the Federal Fire Council subsequent to enactment of this legislation. For “Operations, research, and administration” for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, $2,235,000, to remain available until expended.
