Bicentennial Expenses, the Judiciary bicentennial activities For expenses to be incurred by the Judiciary in the observance of the American Revolution Bicentennial, $2,000,000, which sum shall be available for allocation by the Administrative Office of the United States Courts to the respective United States courts of appeals and district courts and for programs or projects conducted on a national level, to remain available until expended.
