salaries and expenses of referees For salaries and expenses of referees as authorized by the Act of June 28, 1946, as amended (11 U.S.C. 68, 102), not to exceed $24,096,000, to be derived from the Referees’ salary and expense fund established in pursuance of said Act, and, to the extent of any deficiency in said fund, from any monies in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated: Provided, that $600,000 shall be transferred to the 89 STAT. 632appropriation for “Administrative Office of the United States Courts” for general administrative expense of the bankruptcy system. For “Salaries and expenses of referees” for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, $6,008,000: Provided, that $150,000 shall be transferred to the appropriation for “Administrative Office of the United States Courts” for general administrative expense of the bankruptcy system.
