international trade negotiations For necessary expenses of participation by the United States in international trade negotiations, including not to exceed $10,000 for representation allowances, as authorized by section 901 of the Act of August 13, 1946, as amended (22 U.S.C. 1131), and for official entertainment, $2,596,000: Provided, that this appropriation shall be available in accordance with the authority provided in the current appropriation for “International conferences and contingencies”. For “International trade negotiations” for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, $674,000: Provided, that not to exceed $3,000 may be expended for representation allowances, as authorized by section 901 of the Act of August 13, 1946, as amended (22 U.S.C. 1131), and for official entertainment.
