national agriculturai, library For necessary expenses of the National Agricultural Library, $5,421,000: Provided, that this appropriation shall be available for employment pursuant to the second sentence of section 706(a) of the Organic Act of 1944 ( 7 U.S.C. 2225), and not to exceed $35,000 shall be available for employment under 5 U.S.C. 3109: Provided further, 89 STAT. 648 That not to exceed $100,000 shall be available pursuant to 7 U.S.C. 2250 for the alteration and repair of buildings and improvements. For “National Agricultural Library” for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, $1,356,000: Provided, That this appropriation shall be available for employment pursuant to the second sentence of section 706(a) of the Organic Act of 1944 (7 U.S.C. 2225), and not to exceed $8,000 shall be available for employment under 5 U.S.C. 3109: Provided further, That not to exceed $25,000 shall be available pursuant to 7 U.S.C. 2250 for the alteration and repair of buildings and improvements.
