Farm Credit Administration limitation on administrative expenses Not to exceed $7,089,000 (from assessments collected from farm credit agencies) shall be obligated during the current fiscal year for administrative expenses, including the hire of one passenger motor vehicle. Not to exceed $1,841,000 (from assessments collected from farm credit agencies) shall be obligated during the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, for administrative expenses, including the hire of one passenger motor vehicle.
