Sec. 732. Such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 1993 pay raises for programs funded by this Act shall be absorbed within the levels appropriated in this Act. This Act may be cited as the “Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1993”.
