INTERSTATE COMMERCE COMMISSION Salaries and Expenses For necessary expenses of the Interstate Commerce Commission, including services as authorized by 5 U.S.C. 3109, $49,330,000, of which $150,000 shall be available for valuation of pipelines, and of which $1,100,000 shall be available for necessary expenses of the Rail Services Planning Office to carry out the powers and duties authorized by the Regional Rail Reorganization Act of 1973: Provided, That Joint89 STAT. 708 Board members and cooperating State commissioners may use Government transportation requests when traveling in connection with their duties as such. For “Salaries and expenses” for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, $12,290,000.
