Payments for Directed Rail Service For payments for rail service to railroads directed to provide emergency rail service over the properties of other carriers in accordance with 49 U.S.C. 1(16) (b), $15,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, that not to exceed $750,000 of this appropriation shall be available for necessary independent auditing expenses incurred in the administration of the directed rail service program.
