Highway-Related Safety Grants (Liquidation of Contract Authorization) For payment of obligations incurred in carrying out the provisions of title 23, United States Code, section 402, administered by the Federal Highway Administration, to remain available until expended, $15,000,000, of which $11,700,000 shall be derived from the Highway Trust Fund: Provided, that not to exceed $533,100 of the amount appropriated herein shall be available for “Limitation on general operating expenses”. For “Highway-related safety grants (liquidation of contract authorization)” for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, to be derived from the Highway Trust Fund, $3,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, that not to exceed $130,000 of the amount appropriated herein shall be available for “Limitation on general operating expenses.”
