OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY Salaries and Expenses For necessary expenses of the Office of the Secretary of Transportation, including not to exceed $27,000 for allocation within the Department. for official reception and representation expenses as the Secretary may determine, $32,550,000: Provided, that not to exceed $1,000,000 of the funds provided under this Act shall be available to enable the Office of the Secretary to lease and maintain automobile parking facilities in the Nassif Building for employees of the Department. For “Salaries and expenses” for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, including not to exceed $8,750 for allocation within the Department for official reception and representation expenses as the Secretary may determine, $8,930,000: Provided, That not to exceed $250,000 of the funds provided under this Act shall be available to enable the Office of the Secretary to lease and maintain automobile parking facilities in the Nassif Building for employees of the Department.
